In-house training
Immunisation training courses are offered privately through the training provider Immunisations UK Ltd and are available as face-to-face training or as virtual, interactive training delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Full day: £1500.00 +VAT
- Half day: £900.00 +VAT
We offer a discounted price of £1250/day + VAT (full day); £750.00 +VAT (half day) if >20 full day sessions booked in a year.

Course information
Training is restricted to a maximum of 30 (for foundation 2-day courses) or 40 delegates (for annual immunisation updates) in any single session.
New to Travel Health (2-day) course has a maximum number of 20 delegates. There is scope for negotiation on an individual case basis, dependent on the specific course to be delivered and training venue facilities available.
Training courses are delivered by an Immunisation Specialist Nurse/BLS Trainer and in line with Public Health England’s (PHE, 2018) National Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training for Registered Healthcare Practitioners and PHE (2015) National Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation Training for Healthcare Support Workers (HCSW) and in accordance with the Resuscitation Council UK 2021 guidelines.
Booking terms
Immunisation training delivered by Immunisations UK Ltd provides the knowledge base for Immunisation practice, clinical competence when delivering immunisations will need to be assessed within the place of practice by a suitable mentor/manager. A competency framework/assessment tool (PHE, 2018) will be provided. Immunisations UK Ltd will not accept any responsibility for immunisation-related clinical errors.
Fees & payment
All Training to be paid for in full at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Travel expenses are charged at 45p/mile.
Other Expenses including overnight accommodation cost will be charged if training is delivered in a venue over 40 miles from base.
Cancellation notice
> 3 months’ notice – 25% of the full balance will be charged.
1-3 months’ notice – 50% of the full balance will be charged.
< 1 months’ notice – the full balance will be charged.
Should a training course be cancelled by Immunisations UK Ltd, alternative dates will be made available.
Attendance
Training sessions run from 9.15am-4.30pm (full days), and 9am-1pm; 1pm-5pm (half-days) if the delegate does not comply with these times, a certificate of course completion will not be issued and thus the update training or foundation training will not be deemed compliant with government recommendations.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to the training provider Immunisations UK Ltd, FAO: Hannah Taylor hannah.taylor@immunisationsuk.co.uk.
Training can only be offered in accordance with these terms.
